Online booking requests

• The booking form sends us a request. Your booking is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm the date and time.
• If we need to change your slot we will contact you as soon as possible.
• If you need to change or cancel, please call 020 7586 3580 as early as you can.

Prices and quotes

We give you a price before starting work. Additional work found during an MOT, service or repair is only carried out once you have agreed to it. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

MOT tests

MOT tests are carried out to the standards set by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). Results are recorded on the national MOT database.
